2.3 Candidate Verification

We provide verification services for candidates seeking to enhance their job prospects by having their credentials and information verified.

3. User Accounts

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question, or INR 5,000, whichever is less.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and First Reference regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.
